Taboocha

Founded by two entrepreneurial sisters – Lisa Lam & Patricia Lam – Taboocha is the first kombucha brewery in Hong Kong. It crafts locally with 100% plant-based and raw ingredients, healthy probiotics, organic tea leaves and mostly local herbs, spices and cold pressed juices.

Lisa and Patricia’s commitment to the society goes way beyond than just creating delicious and healthy home-brew products, the sisters collaborate with local artists on designing colourful product labels, collect returned bottles then clean, sanitise and reuse them, as well as donate HK$1 to dog charities for every returned bottle, playing parts in the environmental and animal rights protection!

Wing Wo Bee Farm

Wing Wo is a family enterprise based in a hillside village in Sha Tin in the second generation. The Hong Kong’s original beekeeper – Yip Ki-hok and his son – Yip, Ka-yin, with years of commitment to creating local, pesticide-free, raw honey that is patiently crafted by the bees collecting nectar from lychee and longan trees. Making use of the abundant flowers in the surrounding forests, the farm produces different flavours of honey depending on the plants the bees feed on. The aromatic sweet treasures from his hives in the hills presented on delicious honeycombs are available to guests at breakfast!
